Last week I had to take my mo-in-law to Ross because she decided that was the place to buy slippers. Well, I seized it as an opportunity to take the Summer Intern on an outing. He loves riding in the car and the stroller, and I’m working on getting him comfortable in public.
Well, he thought Ross was just about the best place in the world. My mo-in-law’s slipper search was a bust, but I found these surprisingly cute and amazingly cheap canvas flats for $5.99. Yes, the decimal point is in the right place, ladies.
They won’t survive any rainy weather, but they’re super comfy, accommodating my bunions nicely. And for six bucks, well, how could I resist?
The summer intern gave ‘em The Bitey test, and they passed! And he said they taste just like chicken.
